18+ Age Restriction
gamba operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Under no circumstances may a person under 18 years of age create an account, make a deposit, or wager on any game or market offered on the platform. This rule applies equally to all players in Bangladesh, regardless of city or region — whether you are joining from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, or anywhere else in the country.
During the account registration process, every applicant must declare that they are 18 years of age or older. Once your net losses within the period reach the limit you have set, you will be unable to place further bets until the period resets. Separately from loss limits, you may set a maximum individual wager size — the most you can stake on a single bet or game round. Wager limits are particularly useful for players who find themselves increasing bet sizes during a session. Like deposit limits, a reduction takes effect immediately while an increase is held for 48 hours.
Set a maximum duration for a single gaming session. When you reach your chosen time limit, gamba will display a notification and, depending on the setting you choose, either warn you to stop or automatically log you out. Session time limits prevent extended unplanned play and help you maintain the daily routine and responsibilities that matter most to you.
Enable periodic pop-up notifications that appear during gameplay at intervals you select (every 15, 30, or 60 minutes). Each alert shows you your current session duration, total amount wagered, and net result for the session. Reality checks interrupt the natural flow of play and restore perspective — a simple but proven responsible gaming technique.
If you want a short-term break from gambling, activate a time-out period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account is immediately locked — login is disabled and you will not receive any promotional communications during the time-out period. Your balance is preserved and accessible when the time-out expires. Time-outs cannot be cancelled early.

Self-Exclusion Programme
Self-exclusion is the most definitive responsible gaming tool available on gamba. How to Request Self-Exclusion

Once received, your account will be closed within one hour of the request being verified.
Available Exclusion Periods
- 6 months — suitable if you want a significant break with the option to return after a defined period.
- 1 year — a longer commitment that provides substantial distance from gambling activity.
- 5 years — for members who want an extended, near-permanent break.
- Permanent exclusion — irreversible. Your account is permanently closed and cannot be reopened under any circumstances.
What Happens During Self-Exclusion
Once self-exclusion is active, your account is immediately closed. You will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets for the full duration of the exclusion period. Any remaining account balance at the time of exclusion will be returned to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account) within five business days. gamba will also suppress all marketing communications — emails, SMS, and in-platform notifications — for the duration of your exclusion.
Reactivation After Exclusion
For fixed-period exclusions (6 months, 1 year, or 5 years), a reactivation request may be submitted no earlier than the final day of the exclusion period. Reactivation is not automatic — you must make a deliberate request and undergo a brief responsible gaming review before access is restored. A minimum 24-hour cooling-off period applies between the reactivation request and account reinstatement. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
