These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the gamba platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account services, and payment functions. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By using gamba, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

gamba is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Every new account must complete age verification using a valid National ID (NID) or passport before real-money play and withdrawals are enabled. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be permanently closed.
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on gamba are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Withdrawal processing times and minimum amounts vary by payment method and are outlined in Section 4.
Each member may hold only one active gamba account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
Members must not use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical method that gives an unfair advantage over other players or the platform. gamba reserves the right to void any bets placed through automated means and to close accounts where such activity is detected.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. gamba will never ask for your password by email or chat. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately.
gamba reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or an in-platform notification before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and gamba ("gamba", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at gamba.im. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the gamba platform, including but not limited to: casino games (slots, live dealer tables, crash games, color prediction, and card games), sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), promotional offers, and all account management functions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.
gamba operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by independent third-party studios. We do not manipulate game results, alter published RTPs, or engage in any practice that undermines the fairness of the gaming experience.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To open a gamba account and participate in any real-money gaming activity, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains open:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. gamba does not permit gambling by persons under 18 under any circumstances.
- You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a gamba employee or contractor in a role that provides access to non-public platform data.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — either one you have applied for through gamba's own responsible gaming tools or one applied by any relevant third-party exclusion programme.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
gamba reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Where satisfactory age verification documentation is not provided within a reasonable time of request, gamba may suspend or permanently close the account in question and return verified funds through the payment method on file.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account, you must complete the gamba registration process accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide: your full legal name (as it appears on your NID or passport), a valid email address, a Bangladeshi mobile number, your date of birth, and a secure password. All information submitted during registration must be current, accurate, and complete.
3.2 One Account Rule
Each individual person may hold only one active gamba account at any time. This rule applies regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used. If you have previously held a gamba account that was closed — whether by you or by gamba — you must not open a new account without first obtaining written permission from the gamba support team. Duplicate accounts created without authorisation will be closed, and any funds held within them may be forfeited.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
gamba applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts before real-money withdrawals are processed and, in certain cases, before deposit limits are raised above their initial defaults. Acceptable verification documents include:
- Proof of Identity: Valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
- Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered to your gamba profile, confirming ownership.
Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. gamba reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe after a request is issued may have their withdrawal function suspended until verification is complete.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gamba username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. gamba staff will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. gamba shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the member has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
gamba accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gamba does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency deposits, or payment methods not listed above.
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum single deposit is ৳100 via mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum single deposit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Members may set voluntary deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly — through the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Once verification is complete, withdrawals are processed as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 2–24 hours of approval.
- Bank Transfer (DBBL, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): Typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Visa / Mastercard: Typically processed within 3–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 across all methods. gamba reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
4.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements
Deposits associated with an active bonus offer may be subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotional terms for each offer. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the stated wagering requirement will result in the bonus amount being voided; the original deposit principal (less any losses incurred) will remain withdrawable.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on gamba are final once confirmed. Members must verify the accuracy of each bet — including the event, market, selection, and stake — before confirming. gamba will not reverse a confirmed bet due to member error except where an obvious platform error has occurred (see clause 5.3). Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game type and market and are displayed in the betting interface prior to confirmation.
5.2 Cricket & Sports Betting
gamba offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket fixtures including the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches, as well as football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are provided by gamba's sports data partners and are subject to change up to the moment a market is closed. In-play odds fluctuate continuously and reflect the real-time state of the event.
In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, gamba's settlement rules are as follows: bets on the primary match result will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time. Individual market rules may vary; consult the specific market description in the betting interface for full settlement details.
5.3 Obvious Errors
gamba reserves the right to void any bet where it is evident that a manifest error has occurred — including but not limited to: incorrect odds published due to a data feed error, markets left open in error after an event has started, or duplicate market listings. Decisions on obvious errors are made at gamba's sole discretion and are final. In cases where a bet is voided due to an obvious error, the original stake will be returned to the member's account.
5.4 Prohibited Practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited on gamba and will result in the immediate suspension and potential permanent closure of any account found to be engaging in them:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any programme that places bets without direct human input.
- Collusion between two or more members to exploit a betting market or bonus offer.
- Arbitrage betting strategies conducted in bad faith with the primary intention of extracting guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
- Any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage.
- Chip dumping or any deliberate transfer of funds between accounts via game play.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
gamba offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including eligibility requirements, wagering multipliers, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game contributions, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotional terms, the promotional terms for that specific offer shall take precedence.
Bonuses are credited to the member's bonus balance and are kept separate from the real-money balance until wagering requirements are met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only the real-money winnings generated through wagering bonus funds — once the applicable wagering requirement is satisfied — are eligible for withdrawal.
gamba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted by members where the wagering requirement is actively being worked through. Members who abuse or attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, false identities, or coordinated play — will forfeit all bonus balances and may have their accounts permanently closed.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the Member
You may close your gamba account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Pending withdrawals will continue to be processed after account closure. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of account closure will be forfeited.
7.2 Suspension or Closure by gamba
gamba reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request is issued.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform to facilitate any illegal transaction.
- Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed transactions initiated by the member or their payment provider.
- Use of the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- Provision of false or misleading registration information, including falsification of age or identity.
Where an account is closed by gamba due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no fraud or serious breach occurred, verified real-money funds (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to the member within a reasonable timeframe.
7.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login or real-money transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. gamba will notify the member at the registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month. Members may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
8. Responsible Gaming
gamba is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the platform. We provide every member with a suite of self-service tools designed to help maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools include:
- Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when a session exceeds a chosen duration.
- Cool-Off Periods: Suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
- Self-Exclusion: Apply for a self-exclusion period of any length from your account dashboard. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and you will not receive marketing communications from gamba.
